I had an account on the old AMPlify store - how do I sign in?

Try logging in with the email you used on the old store. If your account was moved over, AMPlify will email you a secure link to set a password. You can also go straight to Reset password and enter that same email.

How do I reset my password?

Open Reset password from the login page, enter your email, and follow the link AMPlify sends. For privacy, the page shows the same confirmation even if that email is not attached to an account.

I'm an author/narrator and my books are already on AMPlify - how do I claim my profile?

Contact support and tell us the name on your audiobook. If your publishing company manages your books on AMPlify, they can invite you to claim your profile.

Where are my purchased audiobooks?

Sign in and open Library. Your purchased audiobooks appear there when the purchase is complete.

How do refunds work?

Contact support with the email you used for the purchase and the audiobook title. The support team will review the request and reply directly.

How do I publish my audiobook on AMPlify?

Create an account and choose Author. You can review membership tiers on the Pricing page before you pick a plan.

I represent a publishing company - how do we get set up?

Create an account and choose Publisher. After sign-up, you can set up your publishing company and invite authors from your roster.
